No Help at all.

Good day, I have several times sent emails and app**** online. I still have had Zero response in the past 20 days. I need to get a extension of the automatic payment relief that was granted for the past 3 months. I still have very limited income and will not be able to make payment on my credit cards. Please activate the automatic payment again I will catch up by the end of the 3rd month. My credit card numbers are ****, all 3 credit cards need to be loaded with the relief automatic payment please. In the past years with absa I have never ever not paid and would really like to keep it that way please assist. Thank you I have also sent messages on Facebook, all are un answered.
