No Help

Over the past few weeks I have been trying just to get confirmation from Absa on what was paid from them to my aunts late estate account. I am the executor of the estate and all I requested was details on how much was paid from Absa as we are in the processes of finalizing the estate. I have been to a the Melville and Ghandi Square branches for assistance as well as sending mails *** and I have called : *** but I am not getting any assistance.
