No Forex Service

<p>Made a special trip to ABSA at Canal Walk today to convert GBP back to ZAR only to be told that the lady who does the forex is on leave and head office did not send anyone to handle forex in her absence. This despite the branch being listed as a Forex branch and being the place where I purchased my GBP two months ago. It was suggested that I go to Montague Gardens branch instead. This level of service is totally unacceptable and conveys nothing but disrespect for ABSA's clients.</p>
