No financial protection for minors

My minor who is 8 years old signed up for Google play su subscriptions not understanding the implications. All her savings and birthday money is now gone. Her birthday is on 21 July. Does Absa not have detection department that monitors and picks up on things like does? I mean what measures do you action have in play to protect minors financially and to educate them? Please help how can you help my daughter get her birthday money back from Google?
