NO FEEDBACK/CASE HANDED TO SOMEONE ELSE

I have a pending case(C-***0) that was handled by Patricia Olifant in Collections Customer Management,case handed to someone else,she told me today after waiting long for feedback,now I have to explain my story again?NO I REFUSE,GET PATRICIA TO FINISH MY CASE. I acknowledge that I complained on HELLOPETER AND ABSA ACTIONLINE, but she should have informed me not expect feedback from her as case was handed to someone else. I find this appalling service as I could have waited if i did not follow up with her. Please get Patrcia Olifant back on my case so we conclude.
