No Feedback / Response

I've been trying to get hold of Natasha Marr from ABSA Homeloans, I was directed to her and told that I can contact her on *** - she is apparently the only person that can assist me. <br> I can hear her phone is busy and if I try afterwards it just rings and rings, nobody picks up the phone and I need urgent feedback. <br> <br> I've send her a mail and she respondeded early this morning and ask for a death certificate????? Nobody died! Now I cannot get hold of her.<br> <br> Yesterday was the same thing, you just cannot get hold of her and when someone eventually picked up the phone yesterday they said she left allready and that was at 2:30?<br> <br> We need urgent assistance please.
