I am still waiting for feedback regarding my query with ABSA wich was logged on the 8th of May. I havent recieved any feedback till now.

Our investigation
Please be advised that this matter was escalated to the collections department to investigate and resolve.
I have been informed that the account is 96 days in arrears as the last payment was received on 23/01/2018 the account has been transferred to legal to collect payments.
Please contact the legal department to conclude payment arrangements.
Payment profile is relevant to the account's status in terms of meeting the contractual obligation (honoring the instalment amount on the instalment due date)
Please be advised that ABSA is legally required to provide an update of your credit record to the credit bureau. Missed or late payments will affect your record.
