No feedback received
My previous complaint dated 2 October 2015 refers. the only response from Absa has been that they are looking into my complaint. I have not received any feedback as yet whether positive or negative. My first query has been submitted more than a month ago to an Absa Branch. I am really not impressed. What can be so difficult?<br> <br> Where to next?
