No feedback or unsatisfactory feedback

On Friday the 7th of June 2024 my account was *****ulently attained and the transaction of R4190 was performed by the company called Princess Hair Pretoria in my account without my knowledge. I contacted the bank on Friday and I was the advice that the matter will be escalated to ***** department and someone will contact me in the mean time I have to go open the case and do an affidavit of which I did, then I mailed it to the Bank on the 9th June 2024 and the only thing I received is the Ref Number ***5. I personally don't think that ABSA is taking this matter serious as till today no one has contacted me. Today the 11/06/2024 I have contacted the bank as when I look on my statement the money is not reflecting anymore like it was deleted and the money is not in my account.

The transaction says Snap scan Princess hair Pretoria amount R4190 and I have no idea where is this place and I have phone and my card with me and I have never been in PTA in the last 3months.

I am not happy with this, ABSA should have by now contacted me with the feedback or progress but up to so far nothing.
