no feedback on previous complaint

i complained about a e-mail i received from absa stating i must deposit money to my account for them to transfer it to Labour Dept. no correspondence from the Labour department just a call to say money was over paid. when asked for a official e-mail or correspondence no reaction. now no feedback from ABSA.
