No feedback on Personal loan application for almost a week

I app**** for absa personal loan a week ago I sent documents as requested,I called for follow up I was told documents received until this day I am receiving emails to sent documents,yet yesterday I received a call from a lady who asked security questions and promiser someone will call me untill this day I am still waiting am Not sure if they did receive my documents or Not, if my application in process or decline I am Not being informed of anything yet I manage to collect all documents as requested and forwarded all to them. ABSA please advise on the status it over a week now.
