No feedback on *****elent Card since October 2022

A WW credit card was fruadently opened in October 2022. I opened a case on the 22nd of October 2022 and provided a police affidavit. Up until today I did not receive any feedback every time I query the status of the case I get a generic message that my message will be send to the investigator. While I do not get any feedback Im receiving almost three calls a day asking when am I going to pay the outstanding balance on the *****elent card. It will be really appreciated if I can get some feedback other than a generic message that the message will be forwarded to the investigator.
