No feedback on ***** case, case number:***

My name is Inathi Mtyide director of Onlyn Biz Enterprise. I have not heard anything regarding this case. When I go tho the Ngebs branch in Mthatha I am told that I need to wait for the investigator to call me. When I want to find out when this investigator will call me I am told I do not know. I have visited the branch again recently and a lady by the name of Vatiswa was just no help me to. She promised to call the ***** department at Absa and find out what is going on. I have not heard from here it is almost two weeks now. She also informed me the are a lot of cases that Absa is dealing with, it seems I am not the only one. I am not really sure how to deal with this because I do not know if I will get my money back or not. Can someone who is dealing with this case call me please. Please find attached further information. I have sent a mail to the complaints department and still have not heard anything except an automated text informing me that my complaint has been referred to correct department. It looks like there are a lot of ********** activities happening through this bank.
