No feedback on Deceased Account Closure

Account Number: 10-2*** in the name of J J Odendaal (Deceased) On 30 April 2021 I sent a letter to request the existing accounts of the deceased to be closed and the proceeds paid to the Estate account. To date no accounts have been closed nor funds transferred to the Estate Account. The lack of Service from ABSA is the result that the Estate cannot be finalised and proceeds paid to the surviving Spouse.. I need feedback and the matter to be finalised. I am the authorised agent, and all supporting documents were submitted to ABSA.
