No feedback No Rewards

I have a savings account with absa, i decided to open a chq account. Along with the savings account, i had a Rewards account linked to that account. When i opened my Chq account, the never linked the rewards to my chq account, so i never got any reward points for all my transactions. It has been 2 months since i've spoken to the people in there call centre, and everytime they say, they will phone me back. WEll, i've been phoning back the whole time, and evertime they say, they will phone back with a answer. I mean really, is this how you treat people, customers ? Best i go open an account with another bank that gives Service !!!
