No feedback - no response

I have 3 related water problems that were reported two weeks ago.
On the first one, a water pipe burst inside the wall - this one they opened the wall up, but because they were not given permission to remove the wash-hand basin in case it broke, the plumbers let without doing anything else. I had to repair the pipe at my own costs, just so that we could have hot running water in the house again! The assessors DAS came out and they only want to repair the tiles that are damaged - it is of no concern to them that the tiles are not available anymore!
The second problem was a leaking pipe in the roof in the kitchen - in repairing that, they knocked a hole in the ceiling, which DAS says will be repaired.
The last claim was, to me, the result of them doing a pressure test on the piping was a burst geyser that had to be replaced. In all these cases the R500 excess was paid to the suppliers. Now they want an additional R500 to fix the ceiling!
DAS says that ABSA will settle the claims, but when? I have now been waiting almost 3 weeks to get the mess resolved.
PAY ME I WILL DO IT MYSELF. Seems this is the only way ABSA will respond!
