No feedback if you question an outcome - ABSA HOC

I have contacted ABSA Insurance for a claim in May that was eventually rejected based on the feedback received from the investigation - letter dated 8 June 2015.

Following the rejection of my insurance claim, I have decided to make use of the process as noted in my insurance policy to obtain additional supportive documents (of which legal advice and recommendation was part of) in order to provide more clarity and submit through the communication channel for reconsideration.
this was done on 17 June 2015.
Upon receiving no feedback and already a week later, I have requested feedback on the issue again on 25 June and after no feedback (yet again) included additional recipients in my 3rd attempt to get feedback on 3 July again.
I have emailed ABSA Insurance again yesterday, and still no feedback.
My question then is 3 folded :1. Why advertising a process to follow if a client questions the outcome of a claim if there is not one effort made to give the client feedback ....2. Is my financial monthly contribution as a client of such low value not to justify feedback...and 3. In providing more supportive documents, including a legal recommendation, why am I ignored flat.
