no feedback given.

my business account with absa quagga branch was cancelled previously. I went to the branch to ask for it to be re opened. the person assisting was not positive at all. he kept on making statements that were not promising. either way he promised to send a request to re-open my account, and told me that he is going on leave and a whole lot of other stories. after couple of months I never had a feedback. I think I deserve better treatment by my bank given my track record. I cannot go open another account with another bank because my bank which I have been with for years cannot assist me. I never went back to enquire as I do not have the energy to deal with unpromising stories I was told. please assist.
