No feedback from claims with absa insurance

<p>I phoned absa about a claim on the 13th of July and was impressed with the fast service. They organized for Someone to come out on the 18th and they did. But then I never heard anything from them so I called and followed up. They said they need to send some one else out. Some one phoned me and said he doesn't need to come out and absa will email me. Well I have still heard nothing so email complaint and a follow up on the 4th August and still have no answers </p>
