No feedback from ABSA Vehicle Finance

I am at my last vehicle payment this month for ABSA Vehicle Finance. So far from ASBA I have not received a reminder email about payment. The payment is actually less that all the previous months I paid. I need to know if the debit order will be adjusted for the last payment. I also send an email to *** and immediately received an electronic email of how good ABSA client services are and they will get back to me soon. I wrote the email about 3 days ago and my reference is C-***1 - so all I am asking is can an ABSA consultant get back to me - not sure how many days that will take. your sincerely client JC Badenhorst .
