No feedback from ABSA payouts
I have been a ABSA customer since I was 15. I have requested a loan on the 17th and till today I have not recieved a real response. I have been calling with my own airtime an have spent hundreds of rands on hold. They have still not gotten back to me and I have been told for 3 days that My application is with Payouts, the agents name is Siphesihle but still have recieved no call from them ! It is really tough because Absa has been great till this issue. I really wish they could at least email me
