No feedback from ABSA loans
I app**** for a loan online from ABSA online, which I got no responce on after 4 days. I then phoned the call centre and my application was done again. More than a week later, I phone everyday to get feedback. I am told everyday I will be contacted the same day, yet no feedback or messages.<br> I've been an ABSA client for more than 20 years and find this customer service very unexceptable.
