No feedback from ABSA Insurance regarding my claim

I registered a claim with ABSA Insurance on 1 November 2021. I get no feedback on this claim. If I phone the call centre they do not know about the invoices and photos I send via email as per their instruction. They can never answer your questions and always promise to come back to you, but no one ever phone me back or send me an email. If I send an email, I CC various managers, but no one reply to my mail or phone me back. I am really disappointed.
