No Feedback for 5 months

Still waiting feedback on my query now since December, what is your eta on resolving issues ? It cannot take you guys 5 months to verify a payment as when I visited a branch it took them less than 15 minutes to track and validate the payment was made to the incorrect account. It is not like you guys are providing me money that belongs to ABSA, it is my hard earned money!!! ABSA deducts their charges every month on time so how it not possible for a customer to not receive their refund ? Please guys stop giving me excuses and do something about it. My previous compliant on hello peter has been closed without feedback or my money returned to my account. Now i am ata point of extreme frustration!!! I will email every half an hour and go to every social media and complain as i haven't been assisted . Please review ***.
