I have been struggling with Absa for months when making payment arrangements for all my credit cards. I finally called in and was assisted in March to and payment arrangements were made for all my credit cards on the phone. I have since only received one letter in writing confirming the payment arrangements. I am still being harassed by the legal teams after I had made these arrangement they call me at least 5 times a day. I was made aware on the call that I would still receive sms's and communication I understand that , but I was not aware of the calls. Is the team not supposed to communicate because when I contacted their legal team they confirm that there are no arrangements made. This is not fair my credit score has already been affected but with the nonchalant work ethic and the non response to email queries its not fair then I have to do the running around again after I thought all arrangements were in place.
