NO FEEDBACK

Good day

I app**** for a credit card and it was provisionally approved. The application then said if I've not had any feedback within 2 days to contact the help desk. When I contacted yesterday I spoke with a lady named Monica and she sounded quite helpful, she advised that she can't see that I submitted my documents, this after I already submitted it thrice. She then suggested that I send it again and copy her in. I then sent it off for the 4th time and copied her in, she never rep****, I emailed her again later the day to ask her to confirm receipt of email yet still no response. Can someone please let me know what's happening as I can't keep on submitting documentation and receiving confirmation that they received it yet when I call no one knows about it.
