NO FEEDBACK EMAILS SENT SINCE AUGUST

I was under debt review for 3 months and cancelled them in June. I was retrenched in July and requested some info from Absa and to date I have no reply to any of my 4 / 5 emails sent to Absa's various departments. All I am asking for is if I have an insurance plan to cover me in the event of retrenchment for my credit card? And 2ndly, what banking details should I use in order to pay you monthly? Do I use the same credit card details as with other companies the banking details changed due to the debt review process. All emails I get is that Auto Response, but I have no one that actually replies to my emails nor phone me. I've been having this bad service since I've signed up with Absa in 2014 and their service just got worse. I want this credit card out of my life. I have tried to phone Absa and been sent from dept to dept and no one actually wants to assist me, so I am not wasting more money to call Absa. If Absa can not even respond to their clients emails, how do they expect their clients to pay them monthly. I am in arrears all because of your own *********** people working there that can not reply to a simpel email request. If your people can not reply and do not know what to do, employ people like me, sitting without a job, wanting to actually work and provide much better customer service. It's such a disgrace for a client to nag for customer service. So disgusted and would really recommend NO ONE to ever use ABSA.

Reviewer Update
Unfortunately the email I eventually received was incorrect and not the information that I needed. I did send an email back to Paul Duncan 29 October and indicated what I needed...no reply to date. So I have just send another email to Paul Duncan asking for the feedback that I instructed on the email. So hopefully after the hello peter complaint again, someone will get in touch with me. What makes me angry is, no one wants to help and I am the one that is going to be penalized for interest just because ABSA is so ***********. How is that fair towards me? Charging me interest extra from August since I've send the first emails? Are you compensate me for these extra interests that you are charging me, making money out of your customers? Maybe this is a good way how Absa makes money, not to reply to the clients emails so that you can earn extra interest, no wonder the bank is so rich, because it's so easy to charge the clients extra fees but useless to come to customer service.
