NO FEEDBACK AND GAMBLING WITH PEOPLES LIVES

My mother retired and as per norm government took a year to pay her retirement etc, in he interim she had no salary and she went to ABSA and explained and even sent all the relevant documents to prove this and she had to call in monthly which she did. year later she called and requested her settlement account due and she settled in full...after a month or so after settling this, she has now received notice to auction her house Jan 2016. we have been running up and down trying to inquire this etc and we keep getting refered to Cynthia at the arrangements department. The number given to us *** its either engaged or ringing unanswered. Is this done in purpose to rob my elderly mother of her house. We have settled all as per Absa requrement unless the has been an amount not mentioned to us. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CLARIFY THINGS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.
