No feedback after weeks on a further bond application

I've tried for weeks on end to get some feedback out of them with my bond extension application. and there is just no feedback, doesn't matter which channel you try and contact them, their employees just don't care. It's like a division of the government, useless at best! I've been with them for about 30 years, now I will change my bank! No one takes your business ABSA, you just throw it away!
