No feedback after approval

Good day,<br> I spoke to Lushalan on 21 January 2016 about a limit increase on my credit card. Lushalan was very friendly and kind, and everything was done in about 10 minutes. He told me my application was approved, and I only need to email a copy of my latest payslip to [Email Removed] as soon as possible. I did this the next day. He said it will take up to 10 working days to reflect in my account. I emailed this address on 28 January as well as 2 February, to query if everything was in order. I get no feedback from anyone, and still no increase on my account after 3 weeks. I would appreciate some feedback in this regard.
