No feedback about my money ****** from me

The bank made an internal debt order which i did not approve, so i went to the bank about the matter and they said they will refund my money but still nothing has been done and now its been more than a month since the incident. The bank is *****ing my money because they dont want to bring it back. They make changes on my account without my corncen and they cant bring it back, it was fast for them to take the money now its hard to bring it back,
