I have app**** for a study loan on the 11/11/2015, the consultant who assisted explained that it takes about 2-3 days to be finalized provided all the documents is received by the bank. I received an email the same day that my request has been provisionally approved. I emailed all the required documents on the 12/11/2015. I did a follow up call Wednesday Friday and Today without any success, system offline will put you through to someone that can assist, I will log a call for Zac Oosthuizen to call you back, backlog. All the different stories received by the contact centre. I have to register by Wednesday/Thursday and i don't know where i stand with the bank.<br> Will appreciate if this can be finalized while there is still time to make another plan.
