I reported to Hello Peter about at incident that happened at the Chris Hani mall in front of Absa on the 24th of august 2015. They then called me and said they are investigating but ever since they only and lastly called on the 28th of august 2015 saying investigations are pending,to date I have not received any feedback as to whether I will get my refund or not.
