No feedback

Good day<br> <br> I app**** for a personal loan on the 28 August 2015 on line and provided the documents, I received no feedback after that and i kept calling until on the 04th September that my bank statement does not have the stamp. i then submitted the bank statement that is stamped and still no feedback. on the 08th, 09th, 10th i have been calling to get feedback and was advised that my application was with Natasha Cheche. <br> <br> She will call me on the 08th around 15:00, on the 09th they apparently escalated to her and the team leader and still no feedback.<br> <br> today 10th I am told the same story.<br> <br> i was advised that the SLA is 2-3 days which passed without anyone calling.<br> <br> can i just get feedback
