No feedback!

I took out vehicle insurance last week, however, there is information that is incorrect on the policy and i have tried to call i-direct and mail the consultant and i have not received any response. It states that we are able to mange policies online, but that obviously isn't the case with me because it does not appear on my profile!<br> <br> Please advise if someone is going to contact me to rectify this today or should i cancel my policy?<br>
