NO Feedback

I logged a query about 3 weeks ago and was given the reference number ********** . We were finally assisted at the Ghandi Square branch and all the documents were sent off. However we have not had any feedback since then. Our attorney advised the he needs to provide feedback to the court with regards to the estate and we are now under pressure to resolve all outstanding claims on my late aunts account. Be advised that if we do not receive feedback from ABSA within the next 7 working days we will file a complaint with the ombudsman with regards to this issue.
