I am at my wits end with ABSA, infact it is very disappointing that I have to leave my bank with such a great service for such a ****py one. I opened a premium account with ABSA on Monday and every single day I am being told that they will come back to me, which they don't and this is after I make my own follow up. Sice Monday I have been sending required documents to a Jacquline naidoo using first the passist email address which subsequently was a wrong email address to give by the consultant. I was then helped by a Jackie who asked that I send through my documents to premiumadmin. She then confirmed the receipt of the documents and as usual I was told I will be contacted. I am since waiting, I have like I have done since opening this account, had to make my won follow up. Noone cares to follow up, or have a sense of urgency. CAN SOMEONE COME BACK TO ME PLEASE?
