No facility for elderly and rude manager

The Absa Hillcrest Branch doesn’t have the facility to accompany the elderly and disabled. I gave up my slot because an elderly woman in a wheelchair had to queue like us. How disgraceful. Then the manager who was so shift was so rude. A white woman, I didn’t get her name. Giving me a school teacher tone, I just wanted to understand why there’s an express lane.
