No education, service or care!

Recently asked for a pre-approved bond certificate, but they declined giving me a rating of 1/10. No education is attached as to why! In the meanwhile, I got a pre-approved certificate from another provider, while Sanlam rated me 83% So I really would love to know from BSA how they make their assessments!
