No delivery of documents it's almost a month now

I asked for the original documents (natis)on the 20/10/2021 ,I was told it was sent to Bloemfontein, called again on the 5th of November, only to be told they will request for them yo be sent to Clearwater branch. And I spoke to Tweni,she said she sent an email to Wesley and today, I spoke to Mark he said that it's still in progress. The dealership is on my case with this. Poor service ftm absa
