No customer support at all

Out of nowhere, I have a problem with my credit card. I can't transfer funds from my credit account to my cheque account. I can't make a payment from my credit account to my Standard Bank account. No idea why. My "private banker" just throws up his hands into the air and says "sorry". I call the credit card department, but they can't help me because I cannot remember exactly when I opened my Woolworts account. Seriously, who remembers that offhand? They are the most useless, uncaring and unhelpful bank I have ever dealt with.
