No customer service whatsoever

The service received from Zandile at the Secunda Mall branch is very unprofessional, rude and useless. I was very disappointed today when I went to inquire about a foreign cheque. Zandile did not give me the relevant information pertaining to the process of the cheque that has to be sent on collection. She was criticizing and rude. I left the branch in tears and my query unresolved. I will never even attempt to make use of Absa again due to this service as this is not the first incident.
