No customer service received

ABSA Zevenwacht Mall branch. Waited 1hr 20 minutes just for a stamp on a form just to confirm I don't have a bank account there. It took enquiries 1 minute to do it. The Customer Services Manager insist I have to wait as only Customer Service can stamp the form. She advise everyone else is too busy,but branch was closed an hour already & staff or manager not assisting enquiries. Why is there not a solution for this. Other banks the welcoming person gets stamped & took me 5 minutes. I know why I don't bank with them
