NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or WORKING DEBIT CARD

I am very disappointed with ABSA, I am unable to use my Debit Card, do Cash Sends or do any transaction, I went to the Branch numerous times, sitting in a queue for hours on end they say they fix the card but when I want to use it again it does not work. Trying to phone the call center is useless because they never answer and waste your airtime, logging a complaint is also non existent. I am going to rather move to another Bank because ABSA has no customer service I wonder if they will even respond, ABSA disappointed me.
