No customer service on the floor
Good day
I visited Absa branch in Landdros Polokwane the service sucks,they don’t have any one running the floor asking clients what can they help with And if you want to see consultant u must write on the book. While waiting there branch manager close her. I waited for more than an hour before getting where I can go to.
