No customer service at Absa

I have sent several emails to Absa requesting my fully paid credit card to be closed. Wellington Absa branch also sent emails to the closure department. I have waited for long to be contacted no response. I was informed by email that my request was sent to closure department. I want a paid up letter for the credit card and the account to be closed.
