No customer service.

When it comes to ABSA forex customer service there is no worse place to go. I have been a loyal customer to ABSA for over 15 years but for the past 4 months i have sent numerous emails with no response even tried to phone a few times to wait 30min on hold, all to request them to not release my forex funds without my consent as it was always previously so. It is time to find another bank that can give me service as a private client!
