NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last year I made the horrible decision to move my account to Absa Bank. What an utterly frustration it isnt to bank with this bank. My irritations is as follow; 1. I uploaded my documents as requested, as far as I know this was accepted. When I went to collect my card it was not acceptable, now everytime I get a notification my account is scheduled for lockdown because I did not verify my Fica. I spend Saturday 01/02/2020 two hours in your Pta North branch to change this, obviously with no success. 2. I cannot turn of the daily notifications I get on my cellphone. It is utterly irritating to get this messages every single morning... 3. I went into the branch to change my access and control over my Bond Account. Specifically to move funds from the Flexi Reserve account to my cheque account or which either way. To no avail. 4. I spend two hours is a branch to get this sorted and still nothing? I think it will just be better to close this new account as Absa do not look after their customers. Man what hell of a frustration it is to get banking with you? I am so annoyed I can scream of frustrations! You are making my banking experience a living hell! And lastly If someone must use your forms for an affidavid, please stipulate no abreviations, by the way the police also used it and according to your system its *******?

Reviewer Update
Thank you very much Kagiso at Pretoria North Branch and Lebogang for all your assistance. Kagiso thank you for getting me in touch with the right people at the Home Loans dept and I heard what I always wanted to hear. So much more clartiy and frustrations out of the way. I believe the way forward with Absa will be a pleasant one. Thank you once again.
