No customer feedback

I was contacted by a consultant on 12 August and a product was offered to me, almost 2 weeks later, nothing no feedback. I did send an email to complaints. Stanton van der Merwe send back they will give me feedback 2-5 workings days. Nothing and I had a query on my credit life, up till now also no feedback. Why don't the consultants came back to clients? You might be sitting at home and work from home, there are other people like me that is actually at my workplace then you waste my time with sales but don't get back to me
