NO CUSTOMER CARE

ABSA call center call me and offer me a credit card. I went to the Waverley Branch to pick up the card. When I want to gave my proof of resident they wont accept it because it was mail to me. The Post Office strike so they now a days everything is send out to you by every one. And if it is not acceptable of ABSA they must keep up with time. Then after that they also told me I have to go to the police station for a stamp. I bank at ABSA now for 54 years and they treat you like a ********. I already FICA with them and everything is there on the system. If they don't trust people get a new system, the one that Capitec use. I work full day and can't go to the police station. So you know what ABSA stick the card I am not interesting any more. The next thing is I am about to close my account. That is why ABSA is losing clients this past years like you wont belief. Even FNB call you and deliver your card at your home. GOOD BYE ABSA
